Tsetse Fly
Tsetse flies are a major problem in tropical African regions. The Tsetse fly is responsible for the spread of African trypanosomiasis (sleeping sickness) in both humans and animals.
Sleeping sickness, as it is commonly called, is generally fatal in humans if left untreated. It was estimated that between 20000 and 25000 people die from the disease annually; however, the risk of severe epidemics continues to exist.
Alderelm offer a range of products that combat the Tsetse fly in the form of pour on liquid for treating animal livestock and net treatment for use in large net traps.
For further information on products for controlling the Tsetse Fly please contact us.
